So when is an optimal time for everyone? Evenings/nights are usually bad for me (work) but during the day should be fine.

Just trying to get a feel for what everyone's sked looks like.

Oh and I too know about finals. Ah the good old days of just last year O:-)

I don't want to take anyone's spot...I'll be an alternate as I'm free all day tomorrow. If you have anyone else who wants in let them have the spot, but if you absolutely need another owner, you can call on the Big Lebowski...only things I got on the schedule are White Russians and a little Rollin' with Mad.

We did a live auction with an AOL IM Chatroom and it worked better than expected.

2 musts: 1) Get people with auction experience -- nothing worse than having newbies ask questions every 2 seconds and complain because they don't understand things 2) Have at least 2 people in charge -- an auctioneer and someone tracking $$.

If you get a bunch of mentally challenged people -- it won't work. As they aren't patient and their immaturity ends up shining through.
