John Thomson - S - Texas Rangers Dec 8

The Rangers' final offer to John Thomson yesterday was a two-year, $6.5 million contract that they were disappointed he didn't accept.
Thomson was offered arbitration, but the team is no longer optimistic about signing him. Source: Fort Worth Star-Telegram

That's a lot of money for someone who isn't that great of a pitcher. I can't believe he thinks he's going to get more money somewhere else.

Oh well, more money to get Miggy with. :-)
Yes doctor, I am sick.
Sick of those who are spineless.
Sick of those who feel self-entitled.
Sick of those who are hypocrites.
Yes doctor, an army is forming.
Yes doctor, there will be a war.
Yes doctor, there will be blood.....
