where should i try to get help in the waiver wire?

Well your pitching is loaded. I suggest trading one of those Aces for a Solid Hitter. I might try to find someone who is willing to overpay for Dice K and package him with Hillendbrand and try to get a Paul Konerko or Justin Morneau or something.

Dude Hillenbrand is your main problem in my estimation as well. Since you've got KROD, you may do well to get rid of Gagne now, since you're not depending on him for saves and he's a risk. I would certainly consider trading Gagne / Shea for an upgrade at first for someone who doesn't have closers and has a better 1st B on the bench.

Also is Howie Kendrick available on waivers? Believe he's 1st base eligible and would rather have him.

Yah i would say get rid of one of ur Ace's for a great 1b. Morneau is a good choice in my opinion but any of the top guys will do
