Well ... a lot of opinions are going to reflect personal bias.
For example, I am not a huge fan of Freel, so I would look to trade him to someone who needs SB. And I think you need to do that, as I think that with Pierre, Freel, and Ethier at UT, you are short power. And Kemp is not going to get a lot of time ... or he and Ethier BOTH won't ... and Luis Gonzalez? Are you a Dodger fan? Between Ethier, Gonzalez and Kemp you might get the equivalent of 2 starting OF's, but not 2 strong OF's. Ina 12-team mixed league with just 3 starting OF's, there ought to be better OF's on the waiver wire than any of those, besides Ethier, perhaps.
Also, you need saves. There are no guarantees at all that Zumaya is the closer at all this season ... and in my opinion, not even high odds (see this thread for my explanation:

I do like Zumaya and Broxton as pitchers, and POTENTIAL closrs, but the timing is completely out of their control, and yours. Relief pitchers can be of value, even when they do not close, but you doon't want to have 2 of them active at any one point. You want to use them to sub for 1-start in a week starters who either are not big strikeout pitchers, or have to pitch against Boston or the Yankees, or in Colo or Texas.
You also have a number of solid starting pitchers, but none that in my opinion are sure bets to anchor a starting staff. Kazmir has that potential, but is not a sure thing (may well not get enough innings or wins to be the lead roto starter). You have a bunch of #3 roto starters.
