Who was the first player to be walked intentionally five times in a single game?

Darn I know this and the name won't come to me. It was in a sixteen(?) inning game and I believe he had 7 at bats with a strike out and a single in the other two and his team lost to the cubs 2-1. Or maybe his team was the cubs and they won 2-1 which makes me think now that it is Andre Dawson.
