Top Notch?

I won our league last year and want to do it again. I'm confident in the team I drafted but wouldn't mind a few other opinions to justify my confidence. What do you think?

12 Team H2H Standard Scoring (2 players at each position except C)

C - Barrett
1B - Berkman, Overbay
2B - Kinsler, Hill
SS - H. Ramirez, Bartlett
3B - Cabrera, Huff
OF - A. Jones, Matsui, DeJesus, JD Drew, Giles, Luke Scott
Util - Chris Duncan, Alex Gordon

SP - Bonderman, Haren, Papelbon, Escobar, Penny, Anibal Sanchez
RP - Ryan, Saito, Cordero

Anibal Sanchez might get you into trouble because of injuries and i don't like Giles and Duncan might have difficulties of getting his AB because he lacks defensive skill.

i dont like giles too much either as he's getting up there in age but I need to field 6 OF's at a time so the talent pool becomes a little shallow

It is hard to judge because you have to take 2 players per position,thus making every team scratch to fill positions with quality players.That being said ,I dont see any guys that you have that will hurt you.
