Uggla does not belong in the UT role. I would stick Uggla in the 2B spot and try to shop Brian Roberts around. You have a good amount of steals in Ramirez and Pods, so you can afford to trade Roberts. Try to trade Roberts for a power bat for your UT spot - a Delgado or Giambi or Thome type.

avg should b decent, as well as the power numbers. pods is def on the decline. i agree with achilles, tho u mite not b able to get those 3 guys, but if u can do it props. ur pitching is more worrisome. first of all you need more pitchers, second all these guys r injury risks.
