I grabbed him at pick#133 in a 10 teamer-- 10X10. Was this too soon? I'm hoping for 16HR,300Avg,80RBI and maybe 15-20SB's. Hopefully he will stay out of trouble and not beat up any umpires this year.

Those projections are fine but I just read some disconcerting news on Rotoworld that Young could now be batting as low as 7th. :-o

he batted 7th today and did well but i wouldnt' be surprised if he's back in the 2 or 3 hole very soon

cant imagine a player of his caliber batting 7th for very long. when he came up at the end of last year i believe he was batting 2nd?

Stay away if your league counts on-base percentage or OPS--he swings at something like 68% of the pitches he sees.

No way he bats 7th. Not in that horrendous lineup with the likes of Zobrist, Japanese guy, Wigginton, Gomes' .100 AVG., the catcher, and Cantu who was a fluke.

The only good hitters on that team are the outfielders, and Upton, but Upton isn't allowed to play on this team.

I agree. This lineup is bad.
But it wont hit higher unless he takes walkes. That is the reason why he will hit 7th. Last year he had ONE!!! walk in 126 AB.

I think Young will bat 2nd or 3rd, depending on where they end up putting Crawdaddy!!

seems like every year people say the D-Rays line-up is bad and they almost always turn out to be pretty good.
