Luis Castillo officially signs with Marlins

Postby DK on Sun Dec 07, 2003 7:47 pm

Rotoworld:
Marlins re-signed second baseman Luis Castillo to a three-year, $16 million contract with an option for 2007. Castillo passed his physical, so the Marlins finally made his signing official. He will earn $4 million in 2004, $4.5 million in 2005, and $5 million in 2006. The Marlins hold a $5.75 million option for 2007 with a $500,000 buyout.

Yes doctor, I am sick.
Sick of those who are spineless.
Sick of those who feel self-entitled.
Sick of those who are hypocrites.
Yes doctor, an army is forming.
Yes doctor, there will be a war.
Yes doctor, there will be blood.....
