Postby ScheckDiesel » Mon Mar 19, 2007 9:58 pm

I just did my first 14 team H2H mixed league draft...
any suggestions to improve my team?

Stats are as follows:
Runs, Hits, RBI's, HR's, SB, BB, TB, Avg, Slugging AND
IP, W, L, SV, K, ERA, WHIP

C A.J. Pierzynski
1B Carlos Delgado
2B Brian Roberts
3B Adrián Béltre
SS Jimmy Rollins
LF Alfonso Soriano
CF Rocco Baldelli
RF Jeff Francoeur
Util Eric Chávez
Util Willy Taveras
BN Ryan Shealy
BN Emil Brown

SP Roy Oswalt
SP Jered Weaver
RP Joe Borowski
RP David Weathers
P Erik Bedard
P Kevin Millwood
P Scot Shields
BN Cliff Lee

PS. I know I pretty much punted saves, but I was planning on trying to pick up a new closer when someone gets injured..

Try to pick up a closer sutch as Joe Borowski if posible. If not, mabey go with upside picks. Personaly I realy like Rafeal Soriano, with great stuff in that messy Atlanta pen. Your team looks great for a 14 team league, and you can probobly fix saves.

i think you pretty much punted power as well...so in that light, you may want to deal delgado for someone who will fortify a stronger stat for you.

i agree on the closer....
Did i help you? please return the favor here:

Look for Otsuka. He now has the job with Gagne down. Great team for a 14 man league.
