ERA and Ratio, dude. And at HIGH risk for saves issues.
You have some nice pitchers, but also some pitchers with some risk of putting up some seriosu inning without that low an ERA.
Beckett, Penny, Mussina, Pettite will all put up large innings ... and you have a real rsk of 2-3 of those having an ERA north of 4.00. Halladay is not enough to offset that.
Izzy, Dempster and Lidge are all SERIOSULY risky, bioth or losing their jobs and for injury. You'd have been better off pairing Lidge with wheeler, for example, and not having Izzy or Dempster.
A very strong set-up guy, with power pitching, can be very useful in 5x5's. You will have weeks when your starters only get 1 start. But a good middle reliver might get 5-6 innings, 6-7 SO and as many as 2 wins in any given week.
