RP draft strategy

Postby bartoates » Mon Mar 19, 2007 8:07 pm

Your thoughts on drafting one top-tier closer in the first 7-8 rounds, then filling out the RP corp with three or four stud heir apparents, such as Otsuka, Zumaya, Wheeler and Broxton. Has anybody tried this tactic and prayed for one or more of the closers-in-waiting to get the call?

Would seem like a waste of roster spots to me. Depending on the league settings.
