overall, my team batting average is horrid with only cano hitting over .300. im trying to trade and get a better 3rd baseman like atkins and wright, my friend has both of them and willing to trade one for sp. any suggestions or comments on my team would be greatly appricated, thanks
Maybe he would go for Willis and Kouzmanoff for Atkins. Sell jim on the upside of Kousmanoff, and then plug in Escobar for Willis in your active, and move Beltre to Bench, or switch Beltre and Willingham from active to bench depending on the matchups.
Perhaps Beckett instead of Willis, if he can be sold on Beckett.

That would be a good deal for you if you could get either of those 3B.
I would scour the waiver wire for another OF, because I don't think Bradley has much to offer, but I understand if you like his upside.
couple things about bradley, its his contract year, i know but i buy into the theory, and apparently hes got him self in better shape to accomidate the running offence of the athletics which could pay off. on my watch list for OF 2 names i have are jaques jones matt murton and chris b young.
and i dont know if my friend will bait at willis and Kouzmanoff, i doubt he's heard of him
Definitely get rid of Beltre. He has had 1 good year in the last 6. It came in a salary year. I had him the year before his big year and he only hit 236. I think Bradley is going to be good this year and will be better than Byrnes. I would look to trade Willis for 3B help.
