Your big weakness is that you're punting Stolen Bases. You have enough strength in other areas to trade for a speed burner or two.

Is Chris Duffy or someone like that available on the waiver wire?

Very solid, could use another closer or SB guy but in H2H i guess it doesn't matter too much.
