What is the deal with this guy. All he does is hit the ball hard all the time and steal bases. He doesnt get any love.

He is just not a very good defender. He will have a chance to start the year at 2B if Grud isn't ready to make it back from injury. He can certainly put the bat on the ball and can take a walk if he needs to as well. If he isn't starting somewhere (because of injury) he will be in the super utility role this year. I think he has a pretty good chance of seeing 400ABs this year. I'd still only consider him in 'only' leagues or 16+ mixed leagues.

if he could get 500+ ab's, i would love to have his sb's especially if he is leading off which he has been doing this spring.

he won't put up as good rate numbers if he's over exposed. We are fine with him as a super utility man. And his defense is absolutely horrendous. Wasn't he the one that got knocked in the face by a fly ball J35J?
