Wow .You have a solid squad. The only thing you may want to consider is starting Markakis instead of Dunn. You have plenty enough power in your starting lineup and Dunn will only bring your average down.
I would try and move philips and damon and pick up an OPS heavy OF or move philips for a sp. You have some speed to spare, and IMO kendrick will be better than Phillips. Shoot for berkman, but perhaps you can get bay or holliday instead if you go OF. You did a good job of picking up high K guys, but I might try and move for one more SP since wainwright and papelbon are first year starters, and beckett and burnett are injury prone.
I'd like to echo what sublime said about the pitching. You have a lot of high upside guys, but I'd consider trying to acquire more of a safer bet...maybe a Schilling or Smoltz?

thanks for the help. dont want to sound like a broken record but i like this way as well. i would def start kendrick over phillips. id trade either damon or dunn. you have enough steals so it wont hurt you to lose damon and youd get more or you can try and get rid of the avg killer and go for a lower OF. either way no drastic moves need to be made to your team, very solid.

I like the blend of power and speed throughout your lineup but I wouldn't deal Damon to upgrade your team because the of the massive amount of runs and the useful amount of SBs he'll produce. Owning Dunn is a double-edged sword; if you're willing to take his ~.250 AVG along with 40 bombs than you are ok -- I think Abreu, MCab and Hafner can help keep your AVG consistent if you decide to keep Dunn along with the rest of your lineup.
As far as your pitching staff -- I don't know why -- I love the idea of utilizing key MRs and setup-men instead of a hit-or-miss starter. Your ratios should be good throughout the season if you utilize your staff correctly.
In my eyes I like your roster as it is. Good luck and thanks.
This is a very good team. I would not really look to upgrade much, unless you can improve your starting pitching some. I actaully like Dunn for you, the fact that it is an OPS is counted kinda counteracts the damage his batting average will do. Oh and start kendrick. He will have batter numbers than Phillips in every but steals.
