If you're player universe is less than 250 or so you can spend an earlier pick on him. If you're in a 14 team roto league I'd wait until the last round. If it's H2H and I've had a strong draft thus far, I'd be willing to take him in one of the 3rd to 5th last rounds.

He is worth a very late round flyer in a h2h league with DL spots. He should be helpful come the playoffs.
