NL only draft, how bad is it?

This is an 11 team h2h league. 8x8. NL only. It is also the first time I have ever drafted a team, and the good news is that the league is a fairly high dollar league. (No idea why I joined, I guess I like to gamble to much) Anyway, if you have any trade ideas for me I'd love to hear them. I've been offered Edmonds and Moyer for Willis(I turned it down.)Here it is:

BN: DeRosa,Aurilia,Jose Batista, Cody Ross.
BN: K.Wells, R.Wolf

I have no idea if this team can even be competitve. DeRosa and Aurilia can play 3 pos apiece. And Berkman can play OF. Let me know what you think. Thanks in advance.
