I did a little bit of studying before the draft but my knowledge of pitchers dropped off when I was drafting in rounds 20-24. Anyways, what categories/positions should I try to firm up on?

Drop Proctor and Howry for someone like Wheeler who will get a couple saves. You'll need another OF, your best choice would probably be getting one by trade
I've never executed a fantasy trade in my life, so I'm afraid I might not be much help there. I am more inclined to watch the waiver wire like a hawk and just picking up whoever gets hot or looks good throughout the season to fill in my weak spots (and I would agree that OF seems to be your biggest weak spot) -- but that approach is probably more effective in my league than it would be in yours, due to our instant waiver transactions (no queue).
Almost anybody in your lineup could be fair game for a trade, as far as I can tell -- it all just depends on who you get. Who to trade might depend as much on other owners in your league as much as anything though. Did you grab someone else's favorite player? Did anybody screw up and end up with a glaring weak spot? Capitalize on their sentimentality and weaknesses if possible.
Also, you could wait until the season starts to see if one of your guys gets uncharacteristically hot and package him in a trade for someone you suspect will perform better over the course of the season -- perhaps someone who's under-performing a bit. Buy low, sell high.
I was thinking that I might trade Nomar for an OF with more power and try to sell him on his good average...but then again I'm in a league with a bunch of red sox fans so it could be a tough...very tough sell
But thanks for the advice, I'll make sure to be on the prowl for good players on the waivers, and I'll probably wait for the season to get going to start really thinking about big moves.
OF is definitely your biggest need. Definitely start Bradley over Freel to start the year but see if you can find someone with a bit more pop. Good news is you will be able to put Johnson on the DL if you're allowed that in your league and can pick up someone else.
Top 10 (According to Yahoo) available outfielders (all free agents at this time) and I believe later on Ty Wigginton is available and plays like every position, but I don't know how great a grab that'll be...
Brad Wilkerson
Geoff Jenkins
Chris Burke
Matt Murton
Jonny Gomes
Kevin Mench
Randy Winn
Jacque Jones
Kenny Lofton
Shawn Green
Also, I believe our teams are suppose to have 2-3 DL spots but for whatever reason Johnson isn't listed as injured so I can't, but maybe that'll change when the season starts...since he is slated to start the season on the DL.
And how is my pitching situation? I think my first couple of SP's and Relievers are pretty good but I'm not entirely sure about my bench, which I'm assuming is pretty important in a weekly h2h league...right? haha thanks for the help
winn should be your best option there. But your team looks good, infield of roberts, jeter, arod, and Lee with mauer makes for a very good team in a 12 team league.
