I like to use ESPN and Yahoo to get used to drafting before the real deal. I have a CBS Platinum coming up tommorow and It gives me chilles thinking about taking a MR with my last pick when guys that can swipe 40 (Taveras) or hit 30 HR (Ensberg are going undrafted. Maybe the leagues I have been practicing on are all tards or somthing.

What do you have 8 team leagues and ten man rosters?

No real money league will have Taveres on the wire after the draft, i mean who wouldnt want him on your bench at least?

trust me they were tards you were dealing with

I agree that this isn't as helpful in H2H as it is in roto, but I almost always keep at least one MR on my roto teams. Usually, it is either Scot Shileds or Scott Linbrink, as they are steady as rocks. Zumaya, Broxton, Rincon and Proctor are also guys I like. It gives you an extra 5-10 K's a week, along with vulture wins and saves here and there, while strengthening your era and whip (assuming you picked a good, steady guy like Shields.)

i try to use these guys almost exlusively, but unfortunately often have to employ some starters. even if they are 'unpredictable' their eras are still a run lower than those of starters on average and less demand for them in general allows the selection of more near the top tier.

does anybody have a link to a post that shows what pitchers have both SP and RP duration on Yahoo fantasy sports? Usually there is one floating around here but i haven't been able to find it via the search feature.
