two years ago he was THE MAN...last year he had some fluke injury issues but played well when healthy. With the Cubs improved, doesn't that mean Lee will go back to his 2005 form? Or at least close to it?

Lee is a good 1st baseman, he is gonna get 100+ Runs and RBIs, 30+ HRs and maybe 10 SBs. People are going to try to give you that "Triple Crown Threat" crap, but he won't hit better than about .280

He has always been a fav of mine, but I always worry about wrist injuries to hitters...

Part of the problem was I don't buy he was the Man in 2005. He hit .385 in the first half including a a 42% hit rate and a huge spike in power. In the 2nd half with a more normal hit rate he hit .289 and part of the power spike went away. He was a weak mid 1st round pick last year who is coming off a pretty major injury. I don't think the 3rd round is a bad place for him.

A healthy Lee might be huge and the potential of Soriano is nice as well but he goes too early for my liking. You can have him. I'll take Konerko in the 5th/6th instead and use my 3rd & 4th on someone else.

i don't think adding soriano helps him that much, since soriano's obp is usually low.

i'd probably take lee around 3rd round.

I drafted D-Lee(3rd Rd.) on one of my teams and while I'm not expecting 2005 numbers, I think the numbers posted previously(100 runs, 30-35 hrs, 110 rbis, 15 sb, .285-.305 avg.) are very attainable
