Kinda hard for me to comment on this one because you didn't specify the number of teams in your league and the settings are kind of weird.

First impression is that you may need to look at acquiring another big bat. As trade bait I would probably move Kazmir, Weaver or Verlander. All three have a lot of value right now and could probably get the player you need right now easier than they could later.

You definitely have a nice outfield and relief core though. Tweak your team through those strengths.
