Yahoo Trade Veto Review?

Postby fastymctalent55 » Sat Mar 17, 2007 4:28 pm

I'm in a yahoo public league, and I traded Michael Young for Hanley Ramirez. The other team was screaming in the draft that he didn't want Hanley on this team (why, I don't know). The trade is certainly fair, and not at all unfair, and of course, yahoo public leagues being what they are, was vetoed.

Any way to get this trade passed? I've heard rumors of a Yahoo trade review, but I can't find anything about it and it seems like a myth.

Any thoughts that can help? It's pretty annoying.

Thanks

From what I know yahoo will only review a trade that is pending to see if it fair or not, once it is veteod then you have no arguement and they wont do anything. I tried in basketball when someone told everyone to veto my trade even though it was fair(but would have put my team in front of his had it gone through), and it got veteod. Once veteod they just will send you an email saying sorry that you are playing with a bunch of dicks basically.

But if the guy accepts the trade again, I can send it to yahoo? How do I do that, just email them?

Thanks

Here is the link for the fair use policy.

You can state your case, but I doubt that yahoo will automatically put the trade through because they don't want to be responsible, however they do veto trades that are ridiculous and collusive.
