I think your initial reaction was correct ... short on power. You've got a lot of pitching depth and probably too much. I would look to trade one of those pitchers for an upgrade at one of your hitting positions. Perhaps a 2 for 1 trade where you give a pitcher plus the hitting position you are upgrading at ... for the better hitter.
I think ur new K against will really hurt you with Lopez, Glaus, and possibly Willingham since all 3 are free swingers. I would look to trade some of your lower tier pitching (Wang & Millwood) to upgrade at some spots.
I think you have way too much starting pitching. Taking more fliers on offensive players would probably help you more. Lopez plays on a crappy crappy team, and Glaus is very streaky. Your relievers are awesome, don't mess with that.
Your hitting may not be world-beating, but I don't think it's all that bad. You have quality bench hitters. HR Allowed could be a problem category. I would consider moving Glaus for a hitting upgrade. Not a big fan of most of your starting pitchers, but they could be above average. There's a decent chance that your team will be above average, but first place is improbable.
If you're in a 20 team league, that's the best team I've ever seen.
(it's a good idea to give all the league details in your post)
In a league that penalizes for K's. I would never draft Glaus, since he basically kills you in 2 categories (k's and BA), while only really helping in HR and RBI. I would see if you can find a sucker in your league and move Glaus for.... just about anything. Maybe package him with Wang for a 3B upgrade, since Wang is probably not going to be as good this year anyway. Not a bad team, but I agree with Pedantic, you probably need to do some work to challenge for the top.
Okay, I picked up Adrian Beltre when our league got started and everyone cleared waivers (he was a FA). So I guess I'm putting a lot of faith in this guy having a good comeback year. With Beltre in the mix, any more feedback on my roster?
Thanks:

I wouldn't worry too much about Glaus. I'd probably shift him over to SS and look to trade either Lopez or Kinsler for a guy with some offensive upside. I like Kinsler more, so maybe you could try and offer up Lopez for Adrian Gonzelez or somthing similar.
I might also try and do Baldelli for someone like Matsui - just cuz I'm not a huge fan yet (until I see a season from him). But maybe that runs you a little short on speed.
