soriano is in no way worth the second pick in the draft. he's prob not gonna go 40/40 but 30/30 is a reasonable assumption. still u have good balance of power and speed in ur lineup. but ur pitching is shaky at best, besides ur starters the other guys have nvr been known for consistency

I don't know man, the team isn't horrible, but I think you've stacked your team with a lot of unproven guys. They had good #s last year, but who knows if they repeat. Offensively, if they do, you'll be fine, but if the young guys don't, you're probably not going to win the league.
Your pitching is good, great relievers, but again, a little shaky. If Weaver, Capuano and Maine pan out, you'll be good to go.
I think your decent...got some power, ave and speed.
But your pitching is made up of a bunch of unproven guys. Weaver is a sophomore and will slump, and hes already injured. Capuano hasn't been consistent. Maine is a soph too, i think. Pettitte is old, and ive never even heard of tankersley...
My advice would be to trade some (or all in multiple trades) of those pitchers for a a couple of solid SP's...then you'd be in much better shape
