I usually end up drafting Chris Capuano. He always has a ton of QS and is a solid addition to a rotation.

Of all the mock's I've done I always seem to end up with the following players. I guess these aren't really players "I have to have" but I keep ending up with them on my team.

I am somewhat new to fantasy baseball, but is Chris B. Young the starter for the Padres and who is the other Chris Young from AZ?

The pitcher is generally written as just Chris Young. The hitter is Chris B. Young.

I've seen many many different projections for him, from a complete flop to a relative stud at his draft position.

That said, you could probably split the difference and if you get 20/20 out of him, you should be happy.
