Updated List, please check it out

I'm in the 4th year of a 15x15 Keeper league. I did a major overhaul by trading Schmidt and Vlad for Santana. Pitching counts more than in a standard 5x5

15x15
10 team league
5 man keeper

C- Barrett
1b- Konerko
2b- Kendrick
SS- Jeter
3b- Wright
OF- Holliday
OF- Damon
OF- Magglio
Util- Giambi
Util- Ibanez
BN- Alou
Bn- Teahan
Bn- Lugo

SP- Santana
SP- Oswalt
SP- Felix
RP- Hoffman
RP- Lidge
P- Fuentes
P- Harden
P- Zito
BN- Olsen
BN- James
BN- Reyes
DL- Martinez

I know that I am heavy on pitching and need some hitting but how bad off do you think I am. The 15x15 is heavier on high average hitters than most also

Thanks in advance and WHIR

You are right on target that your pitching is loaded, but in an only 10 team league, your offense needs a little help...Your team average is fantastic with Jeter, WRight, Holliday and Damon, and you also have some power with Konerko, Wright, Magglio and Giambi. You will also win some weeks of SB's with lugo and Freel (although you are not starting them).
I'd actually try trading (although they are young SP's that are hard to find) Olsen and i'm assuming Chuck James to a team that will not do so well this year and wants to get some good young SP, for a good power hitter that will get you 20-30 HR's and a 290-300 Ave. Both Olsen and James are sophomore pitchers who are bound to slump. And with another good power hitter, you will be in verrryyyy good shape to win it all THIS year.
Goodluck

I'd ship a young gun along with 1 of your batters for a masher. Your team is in great shape (especially since it favors pitching and average)

If you get a chance:

I don't know what value you could get for Olsen and Chuck James to the 2nd poster. I don't think much. You're offense is pretty good, but you're right, you need 1 more bat. I would package a SP (maybe Zito?) and someone like Magglio Ordonez for an upgrade at OF. I think that's the best way to go. Pitcher + Offense for upgrade on Offense.

Would Appreciate:
