Does anyone have any insight on this guy? I know he was the 12th overall pick last year out of high school (where he struck out 142 guys in 70 innings his senior year 8-o

).

What do you think his upside is? And who is the most similar pitcher to him in the majors?

I stayed away from him, only because I don't like his size (only 5'11). I'm not sure if he'll be able to fill into a dominating pitcher.
