According to the Washington Post, the Orioles want to sign two players out of the group of Vladimir Guerrero, Miguel Tejada and Javy Lopez. The team has yet to make an offer to any of the three players, but that should change after the arbitration deadline. I am almost sure that Javy will end up there for a number of reasons, but although I'm sure they WANT 2 out of those 3, I'd be surpised to see Javy AND either of the other two there.
