I used to ... long ago ... ABBA or something like that ... it was fun, You had all the players cards and D&D dice. My uncle and I would play for days. Its all computerized now. They even have "GM Baseball" games that you can play too. never have to swing a pitch.. I have a couple of those.

Recently, I also tried MLB Showdown, which wasn't half bad...

I use Baseball Mogul. It's insanely detailed. You're literally the GM of a team. I, of course, GM'd the Mets, and brought us to the 'ship baby.
