You're lacking some offensive power, especially in the OF. I like the top three in your rotation, but I would have personally picked some other players to round out your rotation. I would give it a 7/10.

I too think you lack some pop in the OF, but you have a ton of speed there. I really trust your SP aside from the top 3. You have one vet and 4 young guns (assuming you have Jerad Weaver instead of Jeff). They may turn out good, but I'd say 1 or 2 of them will not pan out this year.

I agree with 'Field' - you've got plenty of speed and a slight lack of a power outfield. I personally think the rotation will pan out for you - Sheets will be healthy this year and Hill is going to be a K machine on your bench. Maybe package Hill and some speed for a power outfield bat? Overall, i'd rate an 8 out of 10.
