id take young and drop griff. i like your team alot but pitching is very shaky. schilling, randy, harden are your stars and not very reliable. might want to trade harden while hes insanely hot in st right now to get someone you dont have to worry about going down. batters very nice so have some room to trade for pitching with them as well.
