Hey guys.
Im in a 12 team Keeper H2H league and its a 6x6 league(OPS and BAA are the extra ones)
I did not try and do this last season b/c it was my first year in the league. In my league this is what our starting line-ups look like and we set them Weekly not Daily.
C
1B
2B
3B
SS
OF
OF
OF
Util
Util
P
P

and 5 bench spots.
As you can see we start 7 pitchers each week regardless of whether they are a SP or RP. How crazy would it be for me to go after just Relief Pitchers in the draft for this season? Last year no one had any middle relievers on their team the whole season, so I could basically draft all my batters in the first part of the draft and get some closers and stud middle relievers during the end of the draft. There is NO minnimum innings pitched.
Just want to get your thoughts on this type of scoring system.
Thanks! I had this going in the Draft/Keeper forum, but i was told I might get more replies in the leftovers.

^Thanks for the sig Soty!^

It looks like you could employ an effective relievers-only pitching staff in this league, but I don't recommend "some closers and stud middle relievers." If you're going all RP, you want only STUD closers and STUD relievers. GOOD is not good enough - you want all GREAT relievers to minimize your chances of poor ratios.

If there's no innings pitched, go for it. I'm surprised there isn't an IP rule, cause that usually prevents people from employing this strategy. But if you are positive an IP rule won't be put in place, go for it, I guess.

Well that's just like, your opinion man.
