First Auction Draft - Rate team-need advice!

2 C's 1B, 2B, 3B, SS, MI,CI, 5OF's, U, 9P's 5 Reserves

I chose not to spend big $ on closers, hoping to pick up a newcomer during the year. I was thrilled to get Mauer, Hafner, Howard, Santana, and Smoltz.
My question is who would you pick up on the FAAB to beef up the outfield power? I'd like to drop DeRosa, and Encarcion. I'm looking for a sleeper that will start. My options are thin unless I trade with another team. Thoughts on: Podsednik, Griffey, Delucci, Nady, A.Lind. Any other sleeper info would be great to have.
Thoughts on the closer situation? In addition outside of Pierre, I'm light on steals, any suggestions?
