I agree here. Let someone else spend or take a high pick w/ him, but if he falls late or cheap in the draft, pick him up. The situation is better, and he's always had good stuff. Could be 15 wins w/ a good ERA(sub 4) and a decent whip(1.25-1.30)
A strong showing last September and the switch to NL bodes well for this guy - of course try to get him as cheap as posible but up to $15 is not out of the question as he most likely will exceed this value and will make a great #2 for your fantasy squad.
