I agree. Very nice letter from a stand up guy. Nice job Mr. Schilling.
Yes doctor, I am sick. Sick of those who are spineless. Sick of those who feel self-entitled. Sick of those who are hypocrites. Yes doctor, an army is forming. Yes doctor, there will be a war. Yes doctor, there will be blood.....
I disagree with Boston needing a leader. They were a VERY close team last year, and had alot of chemistry. David Ortiz and Millar seemed to be the leaders in the locker-room. They really helped keep this team focused, while at the same time, making it enjoyable. Schilling will be one of the leaders in Boston this year, but not the only one. The only team that seemed to rival Boston's leadership and focus last year was the Marlins, and Yankees.

Going to huge someday.
Wouldn't you have loved to have been one of the dads who could say, "Yeah, my kid plays for Schill, he's a great pitcher, but he has a lot to learn about dealing with nine year olds!"
No matter what happens, partents always find a way to complain about the coach and/or the umpires.
From the interviews I've seen him do, I would imagine he is a pretty good little league coach. He seems like a "stand-up" guy. All the best in the furture to him.
England's Worcester Canoe Club set the world record for paddling a hand-propelled bathtub. The 25 man team covered a distance of 55 miles, 425 yards in 24 hours on September 28 and 29, 1979.
