Max Moves

Hello. Forming a 12 team H2H Yahoo League and have run into trouble concerning max moves. I want to keep it at 50, though many players want it unlimited. The reason behind my concern, was based on last year when I went into Sunday in a close battle and my opponent picked up 6 pitchers to secure K's and Wins (we were tied at 5 [ERA, WHIP, and L's I already won - he had nothing to lose]). Any opinions on Max Moves?
