Bad Draft Needs Help

Heres how I faired after my 12 team 5 x 5, head to head, standard league draft non keeper. Looking for comments/advice Help is appreciated in advance:

I know my starting pitching is a wreck, but its an 8 inning minimum league so I was thinking I could have my relievers take the majority of my innings and call wins a long shot each week.

I made some waiver moves but they haven't gone through yet.
Farnsworth for Orvella
Duffy for Inge

first off there is no need to have 3 OF on your bench. drop a couple and pick up a couple of ww starters. With a 12 team league there should be a couple of sleepers that went undrafted. I'm not sure Inge will help you as you have Wright at 3B.

I was thinking inge for a backup in case Upton doesn't play. Does Orvella have a strong shot at that closer position?

Your offense isn't terrible - do drop Duffy and Victorino to pick up another infielder and a pitcher.

I don't know if your bullpen is quite good enough for you to really go that rout and punt wins on a weekly basis - you'd probably be punting K's too. In any case, I wonder if there's a better middle reliever or potential closer you could pick up instead of Farnsworth. I'd rather have a Wheeler or an Otsuka or even a McClung than him.

Lastly, I would NOT burn your #1 waiver priority if it's just to pick up guys like Orvella or Inge. Wait for them to clear waivers. You need to save that waiver pick for something bigger.

Yea, I would wait with your waiver wire #1 for a better player down the line. But you do need some more picthers.

I would drop 2 of your offensive bench players and pick up lilly or lowry and hillenbrand.

Also, drop Farnsworth for Shields (if that's Scott Shields from Angels)

Your pitching needs help, but there are some decent starters on waivers. Even Duke could be a great pickup.
