I realize I am slanted to power and I am confident that my pitchers will live up to expectations.
don't like your OF at all really but it depends how many people are in the league...i think you will soon find to put in gomes somehwere i think he will put up 30 plus and around 280 avg...but that said if your pitching lives up to expectations then you will be fine...

There are many variations I can play with the outfield. For instance, Bill Hall will be OF-eligible after about 2 weeks. I can plug Mike Lowell at 3b, and I can mix and match Kenny Lofton with Victorino, whom I am taking a look and see approach with. Victorino is slated to be hitting second in that potent Phillies offense, they project him to be a base-stealing, run scoring phenom under Davey Lopes tutelage. Jonny Gomes is my safety-net at Util for Frank Thomas, and I can plug him in the outfield if I need more output.
With that said, I am still working to upgrade the outfield and possibly another reliever.
And on the steals angle, it is why I picked up Victorino. If I need to, I can adjust my OF/Util to include him or not(drop power and average for steals). But I do agree, SB is an area that I don't expect to do great at.
Can I get the area everyone feels the outfield is weak at?
Stolen bases or something else?
I am hoping for consistent average and run/rbi production from them.
I have many possible combinations in the outfield as well: Remember that I can move Hall to the outfield and slide Lowell in at 3rd base, as well as plug Victorino(runs scored and stolen-bases) and Gomes in there (HR and RBIs). And I also have Moises Alou that I can put in there if Raul stinks up the joint.

Your thoughts?
i think its more of an optical illusion that your OF is weak. most people look for massive power at OF which you dont have. your avg in all cat which will be good for roto. id drop some bench bats and pick up another pitcher or 2. i liek your team, if you want some security then go after a stud at OF but it looks like youll be fine. and thanks for the help in my other thread man, i think i may be overthinking everything with my team which i always do

Thanks for the input. I think the illusion to my team is that the power is coming from the infielders and UTIL position( I expect Piazza/Fielder/Utley/Young/Hall and Thomas to help lead me in that output) and I am hoping that I can get consistency from the outfielders.
