AL v. NL War!!!!!!

I am in a super shallow league. 5 NL teams and 5 Al teams. The division winners play in the World Series. This league is stagnant and its hard to get guys to change. We do innings and WHIP as 2 of the 5 pitching cats!!!!!! But anyways - I have finally convinced the NL owners that the AL should have to start a DH at the DH spot. They already have the Brewers to even out the number of teams. I believe this has resulted in an unfair shift of power. By being able to start anyone at DH AND have all the DHs to choose from they have a much deeper hitter pool. Let me know if anyone has some support for me to make this change (its hopeless trying to get the Brew Crew back)
