I am wondering how I should conduct my auction, so that we can get going before the season starts. This is going to be a free league, so I really don't want to pay for FantasyAuctioneer.com

I don't think that there will be enough time to conduct a slow draft, do you have any suggestions?

I've done it in an instant messager chat room before. It worked pretty well. The only snafu we had was one person lost internet his internet connection and we had to delay the auction for some time.
