dude, just ask for a bit more
Personally I think Neshek and Torres are nothing to give up for Billingsley as good RP come out of no where every year(see Rauch, Jon last year). But if you can get more, more power to you.
Are you interested in joining a 28 teams dynasty league? If so, PM me.
What about Henry Owens? I don't know how he'll do on ERA/WHIP since he was in AAA all last year, but he's competing with Gregg and Lindstrom for the closer role AND he's pitched less than 50 ip in the majors (I believe) so you could stash him in the minors.
Nick Masset is another guy who you could stash, he is competing for a bullpen spot and/or starting role with the ChiSox right now.
Also, I saw heath bell on the list (IIRC) and he would be good bet for 10-15 holds as well as a decent ERA/WHIP and k's.

LOL
Remember a time when I traded Josh Johnson of the Marlins for Matt Cain and was laughed at?
I think Billingsley will be fine, they need to stop screwing with him and send him to AAA to start, this middle relief bull**** is obviously not working. Send him to AAA, and if a rotation spot opens up and he's pitching well, call him up.
