Move Lance to OF and drop Pods or Rivera. Then move Tex to 1B and Giambi to Util. After that you'll dominate easily in most categories. SBs might be a little tight, so you might want to get Felipe Lopez into your lineup. I'd say since you've got 3 good options at 1B, trade Glaus and Giambi for someone like Atkins or ARam.
