How can i put minimum innings pitched for sportsline?

i'm running a h2h league but i don't see a place on the site where i can put in a minimum innings pitched.is there a min already in place?

i dunno about sportsline but espn doesn't have it either and it's really annoying. what i did was add IP as a category (along with OBP for batting) so if someone wanted to take advantage and start only relievers they would be guaranteed to lose another category, and with a 40 move limit, the value of durable and consistent pitchers is increased. the commish in my other espn league made a rule that every team was required 4 Games Started a week...if they didn't meet that the opposing owner would have to report it and then the offending team would lose all pitching cats for that week. there's probably other strategies that work too...

There is no option for this in H2H play using Sportsline.
