I'm looking for auction+keeper league in $200 to $400 range

I live in SoCal. Will drive to auction or will do auction online. I have been playing for 15+ years and have experience playing H2H or Roto style. I am very competitive, responsive to both IM and emails and I know baseball.

I want to join an auction, keeper league that is either mixed leagues or NL only.

I would like the league to have salaries and a minor league roster.

12-18 teams is good, bigger the better.

Want good commish. If you league is an ULTRA or DYNASTY league, send me the rules on how salaries and minor league rosters work. I am not familiar with the standard ULTRA rules as I have played a customized version in the past.
