are you talking about his fielding or his hitting... his fielding seems to be the same with his hitting dipping a little bit...
If you actually watched him play u'll notice that as "quickly" as he gets to the ball, he is unable to make the long jumping throw that he used too, his hitting has gone down too.
Nomar's numbers might have dropped a bit over the years but he is still a great option at SS. I would be more worried about him leaving after the season than his numbers this year.
