Your OF and the rotation may be a litttle weaker, but your IF is not bad at all.

Howard and Tex give you power, Figgins cam play several positions, I like Rollins and you have Chavez and Cantu for some more depth as well.

Your OF has a lot of speeed but no real power, and your rotaion has a lot of risks (injuries/sleeper possibilities). Wagner/K-Rod in the pen is a nice duo.

I would actually try and trade LaRoche (remember Teahan will probably move to OF) for a power-hitting OF or another SP/middle RP.

If I were you, I'd shop Ryan Howard.

Teixeira is going to bounce back in a huge way this year. Remember last year when he was going 3rd overall? His skill didn't evaporate, as we all saw in the 2nd half last year. I expect nearly 45 jacks from him, 120 RBIs, 100 runs and a solid .290 BA to boot.

Howard will outproduce him. But Howard is a much bigger name right now, and he'll fetch you a much bigger price. Look for an outfielder. Maybe try to put a package together for a guy like Soriano.

Better yet, target teams who have outfielders like Manny Ramirez, Lance Berkman, Carlos Lee, etc.

Offer them Howard for that player, plus a good starting pitcher to bolster your rotation. I think if you try this out, you'll get plenty of offers and options, and end up liking the result.

I actually might agree about trading Howard, though I typically despise trading the best player on my team. You have a great 1B, and could get a top notch OF (Manny, Beltran, Berkman, etc...) and a quality starting pitcher for Howard.

And don't move Teahen for an OF yet. I don't know if you know this, but Teahen's moving to the OF this year to make room for Alex Gordon, so he will likely gain OF eligibility.

I would also not reccommend trading Teahan for the reasons that others have suggested. Originally I would have said try and move LaRoche for a Michael Cuddyer type outfielder but if you feel comfortable moving Howard then I would be inclined to agree with the previous poster who suggested that. I think if you shop Howard for a good OF and a reliable starting pitcher your overall performance should go up significantly.
