My main concern is pitching but overall I think I did pretty well however, I'm always looking for criticism.

Solid team. Your infield is awesome. Outfield could go either way. Your relief pitchers are and injury concern but if healthy they will hold there own. I would say mid to upper level team.

I agree with gimpy. Your outfield and starting pitching concerns me, but if things fall your way (Harang maintains, Verlander/Santana improve) you have the chance to be there at the end. I would watch the waiver for util candidates and try to move Cano to shore up the OF or SP. Again, there's upside here, but I would say a finish in the middle is most likely.

I'd be a bit more critical of your team. Your infield is excellent but the team is full of question marks after that. I'd be looking to trade Utley, Wang and Verlander.

Utley because he has a lot of value and you got Cano at the UT spot anyways. You might be able to get one of the better OFs out there. Wang and Verlander just because they're risky bets to repeat last year's success, but there's enough people who would say otherwise. So if one of them is in your league, you might be able to trade them for safer bets.

I agree with BTerran. Your infield is pretty remarkable, but after that, there are a lot of question marks. Utley would be the ideal trade candidate for the reasons already mentioned.

I would hang on to Wang, however, as you know what you are going to get from him: wins. He is not going to get you k's, but he still post 15-17 wins with the Yankees lineup being as strong as it is.

Verlander, on the other hand, I would try to trade. He pitched too many innings last year, and is a prime candidate for a slump. I would definitely try to upgrade here.

Who is sitting on your waiver? Perhaps there is a pitcher there that you could pick up. If you are going to hang onto Dotel, you might as well pick up Broxton instead. He is not going to get you the saves, but he will help offset the lack of k's that your staff will suffer from. How many teams are in your league?

It actually wouldn't hurt to think about moving Utley, especially considering you have a solid 2B in Cano and a young guy with great upside in Kinsler.

Utley should get you something like a #2 SP and a #2 OF so see if anybody is willing to pay that price.

You have enough speed to stay afloat, but a perennial 40 bagger would help. How'd you land Cano and Utley? One of these could be some serious trade bait later. Otherwise, looks good.
