I agree with BTerran. Your infield is pretty remarkable, but after that, there are a lot of question marks. Utley would be the ideal trade candidate for the reasons already mentioned.
I would hang on to Wang, however, as you know what you are going to get from him: wins. He is not going to get you k's, but he still post 15-17 wins with the Yankees lineup being as strong as it is.
Verlander, on the other hand, I would try to trade. He pitched too many innings last year, and is a prime candidate for a slump. I would definitely try to upgrade here.
Who is sitting on your waiver? Perhaps there is a pitcher there that you could pick up. If you are going to hang onto Dotel, you might as well pick up Broxton instead. He is not going to get you the saves, but he will help offset the lack of k's that your staff will suffer from. How many teams are in your league?
