What's the ceiling for this guy? I know he has put up great numbers, is smart, and is liked by many scouts....but he is also 24 already.

Saw a bunch of him last year. Pretty toolsy, but kind of raw for his age. I consider him still a prospect that could one day grow into a #3 OF. He makes lots of mistakes whether it be on defense or the basepaths, but he has a decent bat that could stick in the bigs if he can continue to improve.
