Help with a draft pick ??

It's my turn in our minor league draft. My pitching is kind of weak in my MLB roster so I am thinking of going pitching with this pick. But I should probably take the best athlete. I have toolsy OF on my ML roster like Rios and Rocco but I am lacking in power. My last pick was Jay Bruce.

Nieman looks very good this spring and is close. Elbert is risky but has higher upside. If he gets his walks down he'll be highly regarded lik Hughes/Bailey by July.

Rasmus has a nice, high ceiling but you'd be waiting a while....

If you have an aging 1b/corner Infielder get Votto now. He'll be up this summer. If not, I'd get Pence. He's a beast and will also be up by July...I'd personally take Pence over Rasmus right now.

Travis Snider(stud hitter Billy Butler II)
Colby Rasmus(lost in the Maybin/Upton/Bruce/McCutch crowd)
Jeff Niemann(could make Hamels jump this year)
Joey Votto(30-20 potential at 1st)
